Welcome to AI Image Generator: ARTIST. By using the App, including its AI image generation features, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.
1. App Description
The App provides AI-powered tools that allow users to upload images or enter text prompts to generate and transform images.
The App requires authentication via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In to access these features.
2. Account and Authentication
2.1 Sign-In Requirement
To use image generation features, you must authenticate using Apple or Google. We do not store your name, email, or unique identifier on
any external servers.
2.2 Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security and ensuring that no unauthorized access occurs.
3. User Content & License to Process
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the images, text prompts, and other content you submit.
3.2 License to Process
By submitting content, you grant us and our third-party AI processing provider permission to temporarily process your content solely for generating
the requested result. We do not store, reuse, or analyze your content after generation.
3.3 No Rights to Your Content
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content beyond the limited license required to process your requests.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App to upload, generate, or distribute content that:
Violates any law or third-party rights
Contains sexual content involving minors
Contains explicit adult content
Promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity
Is abusive, defamatory, or misleading
We may restrict access for users who violate these rules.
5. Data Storage & Security
We do not store personal data, uploaded images, or AI-generated results on any external server.
All tokens, settings, and app data are stored locally on your device.
Images and text prompts sent for processing are used only temporarily and deleted automatically after your output is generated.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party providers for:
Authentication (Apple / Google)
AI image generation
These providers process your data solely to generate results and do not retain your content.
By using the App, you agree to their terms where applicable.
7. Tokens & In-App Purchases
The App uses a token-based system to access AI features.
Tokens purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system are stored locally on your device and are not linked to any online account.
All purchases are final and managed by Apple.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, branding, and features, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 12 months.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
You attempt to bypass limitations or abuse the service
12. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your locally stored app data at any time by contacting:

We will delete all locally stored data to the extent technically possible.
13. Children’s Use
The App is not intended for children under 13.
If you believe a child has used the App or provided any information, contact us immediately for removal.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
